Pages (excl. header and footer, for info about logged in user and a random quote) should be generated statically whwnever an article is edited, or a user posts a comment.

Article adressing will change from /blog/article?blog_id=guid or /blog/aticle/?adress=readable_address to mandatory /blog/article/readable_address. I hope no one has book marked any blogpots yet `:-)

This should be the final adressing change for the blog posts, and make them finally stable.
